Interested in becoming a moderator on EnchantedPvP? Awesome! First, read the following:
As a moderator on EnchantedPvP, you are still a player and are allowed to play Factions, PvP, and Raid just like another other rank. However, the only exception is as follows: As a moderator, you are not permitted to "bait" players to tpa to you with the intent of killing them for loot. Once again, you are not allowed to say "Hey, (player) tpa to me for (random fake reason)" and then kill them. As a moderator, players must be able to trust you. For this reason, the above action is forbidden, considered abuse, and will result in the termination of your staff status.
Donors will still keep their donor rank, but the prefix will no longer be visible.
As a staff member, you are committed to enforcing the rules (as stated here) both in-game and on the website. The primary tasks of a moderator involve:
1. Assisting players with questions about the server
2. Monitoring the chat for spamming, advertising, and EXCESSIVE abusive language or threats
3. Being alert for hacking/glitch exploiting
As a moderator, you have access to the following commands:
- /tempmute (player) (#) (minutes or hours)<< temporarily/permanently mute a player
- /kick (player) (reason) << boot a player from the server
-/tempban (player) (time) (reason)<<temporarily ban a player for a MAX of 24 hrs
* You must report ALL tempbans to an Admin or higher who will be able to properly ban/tempban a player.
* If you fail to report a tempban, the player will not be punished and you will be questioned for abuse.
To be considered for staff you must meet the following requirements:
1.Have been registered on the website for aminimum of 14 days
2.Play actively on the server
If the Admin team barely recognizes your name, we won't consider you.
3.Maintain a mature attitude
If you are repeatedly direspectful to players/staff, we won't consider you.
4.Be experienced with Factions servers and understand the core mechanics
How can I increase my chances of being accepted?
> While 14 days is the minimum amount of time required before applying, the longer you have been a part of the community the better. It is VERY UNLIKELY you will be promoted to staff if you have only been on the server for 14 days, but is still possible.
> Help players out with questions (even while not staff) to show you are truly invested in the server and the players behind it
> Welcome every new player and offer to help them out if they have any questions
> Be as active as possible (being a staff member is a time commitment, show us you're serious)
My application was rejected, now what?
Applications will usually receive a response within 48 hours. If you were rejected, check the application for a message on why. Unless given explicit permission by an admin,you must wait 14 days before submitting another application.If you submit multiple applications within 14 days of one another (and were not given permission to do so)they will both be rejected.

NOTE: As of 3/10/2018, we are not actively recuriting new staff members. You are still welcome to submit an application, but you may not receive a response until the server's next recruiting phase.
